“I want my life to count!”

“I don’t want to waste my life!”

This is the cry of every human heart, and yet is also the struggle of every human heart. To be able to so clearly state what we desire and yet to so desperately struggle to make this a functional reality can be maddening, exasperating, and disheartening. This struggle either leads us to a life of constantly implementing new routines and helps or it points us to something greater…the need for a more supreme treasure from which everything I am and everything I do will flow. We believe that the bible makes clear that our greatest need isn’t more techniques to help us but a constant, grace-motivated pursuit of the greatest treasure imaginable, God Himself.

We invite you to join us over the next 4 weeks as we explore what God’s word says about how we make our lives count. We will consider what it means for God to be the Christian’s supreme treasure, the church’s supreme treasure when we gather and scatter, and the hope that He would become the supreme treasure of all peoples of the world. The good news is that God longs to raise up men, women, boys, and girls whose lives count for His glory on the landscape of human history. So the invitation is clear: root your everything in the joyful treasure of God Himself and watch how He uses your life for His glory.
