2018 Men’s Retreat

The Men’s Retreat will be held on February 23rd – 24th (Friday and Saturday) at the Tampa Bay Baptist Conference Center.  This is a camping retreat, but we do have 6-8 spots available to sleep in a “motel” room.  First-come, first-served for the motel slots.  It will cost an extra $10 for a motel room.  The retreat is located at 15601 Lake Magdalene Blvd. Tampa, FL

The cost is $15 per person for the retreat ($25 if you want a motel room). That covers the campground, speaker, and three meals.  Bring your own tent and camping gear (or coordinate with others to share a tent).

If you have a camper or RV, you can bring it… but PLEASE check with Scott Waechter (scottwaechter@gmail.com) first to make sure we have the space available. Also, if you are planning on bringing an RV, there is an extra cost of $25 per RV (in addition to the $15 per person camping cost) that can be split among your guests. To sign up for an RV in the sign up form, please select tent / camping ($15) and then in the comments section indicate if you will be bringing an RV or whose RV you are planning on staying in.

You can arrive as early as 2pm on Friday. Dinner will begin around 6pm and the session will start at 8pm. The retreat will wrap up around 4pm on Saturday.

When you sign up, please indicate if you’d be willing to do one specific job (such as cooking dinner, planning firewood, etc). In the comment section of the sign up form indicate jobs you wouldn’t mind helping out with.
