CLC Introductions Form
If you are pursuing membership at CLC, you need to complete the CLC Introductions form. After attending our “Foundations” class, the next step is to prayerfully complete and submit the CLC Introductions form (found online). See links below.
We look forward to learning more about God’s grace in and through your life. As you continue the membership process we encourage you to get to know the members and ministries of CLC. The place to begin is through participation in a community group. If there is anyway we can serve you at any point during this process, please do not hesitate to let us know.
