New Children’s, African-American church history, and a Tim Keller short are now available!

More new books at the bookstall this week! Come find us before or after the service and grab a copy for the summer.

Thabiti Anyabwile’s “Faithful Preacher” tells the story of three pioneering African-American pastors, showing how these men teach about godly character, ministry within the church and engaging the world with the gospel. ($12)

Tim Keller’s “The Freedom of Self-Forgetfulness” is a short, very helpful book on Christian selflessness. Keller says, “A truly gospel-humble person is not self-hating or self-loving, but self-forgetful.” ($3)

By popular demand, we’ve got a couple new books for children. “Our Home is Like a Little Church” ($4) and “The Garden, the Curtain, and the Cross” ($9) should provide good opportunities to teach and train our children about Christ and His church.
