Developing Godliness through discipling relationships
Our men’s ministry exists to support CLC’s mission by helping men grow as faithful followers of Christ. Alongside the regular rhythms of church life, we offer retreats, Bible and book studies, and other opportunities that encourage meaningful relationships, spiritual growth, and practical godliness.
Men's Events
We host annual retreats, Bible and book studies, and other opportunities which aid us in forming discipling relationships
We long to see men leading in their homes, serving faithfully in the church, and bearing witness to Christ in the world. We believe that when men are shaped by God’s Word and strengthened in brotherhood, the entire church flourishes. By God’s grace, our aim is to raise up men who walk humbly with Christ and live boldly for His glory.
PASTORAL INTERNSHIP
Each year, we invite 3-5 faithful members to participate in a 9-10 month pastoral internship. Men who aspire to serve the church in more faithful ministry through teaching, counseling, and serving are invited to apply. The internship involves training in a philosophy of pastoral ministry that is shepherd-based. Interns will engage in reading, writing, teaching, and ministry projects. To learn more, reach out to Charlie Jackson.
The internship qualifies for several M.Div. programs through SBC seminaries. If you are interested in applying for the internship and receiving seminary credit, reach out to Justin Perry.
