Weekender

You might be wondering whether you need to attend yet another church planting seminar. What sets the CPW apart is its devotion to keeping the main thing – treasuring Christ together in church planting – the main thing. The DNA conviction of the CPW is that success in church planting is not defined by size, speed, or self-sustainability, but by treasuring Jesus Christ above all else within the local church.

Spouses of church planters are welcomed and encouraged to attend! In addition to the benefits of developing friendships with other participants in this smaller, more intimate setting, we will have breakout sessions led by the wives of the pastors of Covenant Life Church that will cover two topics: women's ministry, and the church planter's wife. Additionally, we will give away books tailored toward the pastor's wife during the conference.

We ask all attendees to plan on staying through Sunday afternoon at 3:00 p.m.

• Friday: Registration opens at 8:00 a.m., followed by breakfast, morning sessions, lunch, afternoon sessions, and dinner. We'll conclude the evening with a final session ending by 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday: Breakfast will begin at 8:30 a.m. Following that will be morning sessions, lunch, and afternoon sessions. We make Saturday evening available for free time to explore the South Tampa and Downtown areas. Make your own plans for dinner on Saturday (we'll provide recommendations).
• Sunday: You'll enjoy breakfast, a session on membership processes, and the corporate worship gathering of Covenant Life Church. Following the gathering, we'll eat lunch, have a service review, discuss planning corporate gatherings, and wrap up by 3:00 p.m.
