Covenant Life Church Security Donation

If you desire to donate a security to Covenant Life Church (“CLC”), please read the information below, fill out the questions, and submit the completed form prior to making the transfer.

Please note that CLC uses Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. (“Schwab”) as a custodian, and therefore, can only accept securities that Schwab permits on its platform. The total market value of the transfer must be over $500.00, and all securities must be sellable/redeemable upon receipt by CLC.
