Our members meet regularly across greater Tampa Bay to study the Bible, pray, share in fellowship, and extend care toward one another. Our Community Groups (CGs) are mixed-gender and multigenerational; precisely the type of community the gospel creates!
Over the years, they have offered us numerous opportunities to fuel our vision and focus around these values:
Worship
As believers saved by God “to the praise of His glorious grace,” we are moved to offer our entire lives to Him in worship. (Ephesians 1:6, Romans 12:1). We worship together through studying, praying, providing care toward one another and enjoying the fellowship Christ creates.
Biblical Community
Our groups provide regular opportunity and accessibility to help us grow together as Christ’s disciples. As brothers and sisters of God’s family, we guard one another against the deceitfulness of sin by confessing it regularly. We provide spiritual accountability for one another, and consider how to stir up one another to love and good deeds (Hebrews 3:13, 10:24-25).
Mission
As we seek to live faithfully in our different spheres of influence, we help mobilize one another to be prepared in helping see others come to faith in Jesus. Our CGs provide equipping, prayer support and accountability to faithfully love, pursue, and share the gospel with our city.
Multiplication
Our CGs are encouraged to not only keep an inner-focus, or become lost in routine or habit. We work toward raising up new leaders and plating new groups, to allow new lives to be transformed.
